In response to the client’s vision for a sustainable, light-filled home, the design integrates biophilic principles. This means using natural materials, maximizing natural light, and creating strong visual connections to the outdoors to foster a sensory-rich environment. The house is designed with wellness in mind, featuring natural materials, lush landscaping, and soothing water elements that create a tranquil atmosphere. The layout strategically maximizes sunlight and provides extensive views of the surrounding greenery through large windows and elevated vantage points.
