Designed collaboratively by BDP Quadrangle and Dubbeldam Architecture + Design, the revitalized facility now hosts a diverse array of amenities including ground-floor commercial spaces, educational incubators, a daycare with outdoor facilities, and 47 high-quality residential units designed to support varying household needs and promote community engagement.
