Lecture at the Miami Center for Architecture & Design

Heather Dubbeldam presented her lecture ‘Building Impact: Architecture as a Catalyst for Change’ at the Miami Center for Architecture & Design as part of their public lecture series, while in Miami for the World Architecture Festival in 2025.

Heather’s lecture explored the expanded role of architecture beyond building,  positioning design as a catalyst for environmental, social, and cultural impact. Drawing on the work of the practice, it highlighted the intersection of research, advocacy, and built projects, and the responsibility of architects to shape more sustainable and resilient communities.
