Lokaal Coworking is featured in Canadian Architect Magazine

In December of last year, Canadian Architect Editor Elsa Lam spent a day in our coworking space Lokaal to see how remote workers and entrepreneurs use the space. She writes about the space, “An architect-owned and -operated coworking hub anticipates the future of workplaces. Sitting below Dubbeldam Architecture + Deisgn’s own offices, a community-oriented co-working suite offers a “third space” for start-up businesses and locals working from home.”

The coworking space accommodates diverse needs, from local entrepreneurs to medical students and visiting professionals, like a Montreal architect and his intern.”We’ve seen increased interest in Lokaal as people navigate hybrid work arrangements,” says Kevin McIntosh, our Director of Business Development.

We’re pleased to have this unique project that we designed and operate, featured in the magazine.
