Derek McCallum promoted to Associate Principal

We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Derek McCallum to Associate Principal. With his extensive experience in residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, Derek brings a unique blend of design vision, depth of knowledge, and technical expertise to every project. He is also a strong advocate for sustainable design, consistently striving to achieve increasingly ambitious sustainability goals. Derek is currently leading a number of significant projects at Dubbeldam including several multi-unit residential projects, the renovation and addition to the Ladies’ Golf Club of Toronto, an eco-cabins resort in Muskoka, and the development of a world-class bar and restaurant in Toronto’s Queen West neighbourhood. As Associate Principal, Derek assumes a firm leadership role, helping to guide strategic initiatives and long-term planning to drive the growth of our practice.
