The Role
We are seeking an Intermediate Level Architect or Intern with strong design ability, technical knowledge, and a passion for design excellence and sustainability. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone with approximately 5+ years of post-graduate experience who thrives in small to medium-sized practice settings and is eager to grow professionally while contributing to the culture of our studio.

What You’ll Do
· Produce drawings in all phases of an architectural project (SD, DD, CD), including 3D modeling
· Coordinate projects from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring high-quality work and efficient use of resources
· Take initiative on a wide range of tasks while collaborating with and taking direction from senior team members
· Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on track
· Contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and stage simultaneously

What You’ll Bring
· 3 to 5 years post-graduate experience (Master’s degree preferred)
· Strong design skills and a high level of attention to detail
· Experience producing and coordinating construction drawings and details
· Thorough knowledge of building systems, technology, and the Ontario Building Code
· Familiarity with zoning and approvals processes
· Experience managing projects and coordinating teams is an asset
· Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an asset
· Proficiency in 3D rendering software (SketchUp, Enscape)
· Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office
· Experience with LEED or Passive House projects is an asset; LEED and/or WELL accreditation also an asset
· Self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about design and the profession.
